NARI is the only organization dedicated exclusively to the remodeling industry. Our chapter membership includes general and specialty contractors, designers, associated businesses and manufactures and suppliers who hold equal position within NARI and enjoy the tremendous advantage that comes with "being on the inside" of our industry.
NARI provides numerous programs, products and services from which members can benefit. We offer certification and education programs, workshops and seminars, consumer awareness campaigns, e-newsletter, award recognition programs, group buying programs, insurance programs and more!
eligibility
1) Eligibility for membership requires that applicant be involved directly/indirectly in the Remodeling Industry for at least one (1) full year and the company must have been in business for at least one (1) full year,
2) Is conducting the business in compliance with the NARI Code of Ethics, and Core Values,
3) Has all insurance as required by the State of California,
4) All contractors must be licensed appropriately by the state and the license must be in good standing, with no prior past infractions/violations/suspensions showing on the CSLB website
5) If a business or individual has had their membership terminated in the past for ANY reason other than non-payment of dues or licenses issues, they are NOT eligible to rejoin.
6) All perspective membership applications are subject to review by the Board of Directors. A vote to approve or not approve membership is at the sole discretion of The Board of Directors.
Perspective Members:
Must agree to adhere to the NARI of Ethics, Core Values, and the Working Atmosphere Policy.
Must provide proof of required insurance per the state of California.

Legislative Representation/Activity and Reporting through our active Government Affairs Committee serving in the best interest of NARI, its members and the residential remodeling industry. NARI National is in Wheeling, Illinois and works daily on monitoring federal and regulatory activities for all its members to preserve the security of their livelihood.
